The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, mandates that every accredited institution establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative performance. In line with these guidelines, the IQAC was established. as the IQAC Coordinator, my role is to facilitate and oversee quality enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with national frameworks such as NAAC and the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF). The coordinator plays a pivotal role in:

Conducting internal audits, preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR), and organizing faculty development workshops.
Collaborating with departments, gathering and analysing feedback, and identifying areas for institutional overall improvement.
Promoting best practices, fostering a culture of quality, and ensuring institutional goals align with national standards.
Acting as a liaison between the institution and accreditation bodies, driving continuous academic and administrative enhancements.

At the core of the college’s quality assurance framework, the IQAC Coordinator serves as a catalyst for continuous improvement. Through strategic planning, documentation, and implementation of quality initiatives such as academic audits, faculty development programs, and student feedback mechanisms, we strive to uphold and enhance the institution’s academic excellence. Together, we work towards maintaining and elevating the standards of higher education, ensuring a dynamic and student-centric learning environment.
