Attendance/ ID Card

In order to be eligible to appear for the University examination, every student must attend at least 75% of the total lectures and practicals in all subjects per academic year.
Parents/Guardians are requested to meet the respective teachers periodically to monitor their ward’s attendance and academic progress.
Attendance will be calculated from the date the college reopens at the beginning of the new academic session.
Students representing the college in games, athletics, cultural activities, or debates must submit a requisite form to ensure their absence from class is accounted for.
Exemption from attendance may be granted only in extraordinary circumstances, with prior written permission from the Principal.
Leave due to sickness or hospitalization must be supported by a Medical Certificate.

ID Card shall be issued at the time of admission by the administrative office.
It is mandatory for all students and staff members to carry their ID Card on campus.
In case of loss of ID Card, a new ID Card will be issued upon payment of the prescribed ID Card fees.
