Norms and Regulations
- Students must carry their Identity Card.
- It is compulsory for students to attend the Institute from the opening day to the last day of each term during the academic year.
- Regular attendance for Theory and Practical is a must. If attendance is below 75%, students will not be allowed to appear for the University Examination.
- Students should behave respectfully with teaching and non-teaching staff within campus and outside institute premises; otherwise, disciplinary action will be taken.
- Students must pay stipulated fees within the given time span.
- Students must report any change in their communication address to the institute office. The institute will not be responsible for any loss of information due to an unreported change.
- All students must participate in extracurricular activities organized by the institute and regularly check the notice board for updates.
- Students must inform their HOD about their absence in case of illness or emergencies.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited inside or outside the institute premises. Any student found guilty will be punished, and fees will not be refunded.
- Students indulging in anti-social activities, creating nuisances, or engaging in mischief like strikes or demonstrations will be expelled from the institute. Fees will not be refunded.
- The Director has the right to expel any student violating the conduct and discipline rules prescribed by the Institute, University, or Government.
- Parents must visit the Institute whenever requested.
- Smoking, chewing tobacco, consuming alcohol, or taking drugs is strictly prohibited. Any student found in an inebriated condition will be suspended/expelled.
- Using mobile phones inside the classroom, computer lab, or library is strictly prohibited.
- Students seeking admission to Smt. Dankunwar Mahila Mahavidyalaya must abide by the institute's rules and regulations.
